Labor Pool Opportunity Overview

At Riverside Health System, we are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our labor pool team. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess patient clinical and psychosocial needs and develop individualized care plans to address these needs.
  • Partner with patients and their families to provide education and support to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care and ensure seamless transitions for patients.
  • Accurately complete all required clinical and quality documentation to meet Riverside Health System standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Delegates and prioritizes tasks appropriately to facilitate quality patient care and service excellence.

Qualifications

Education
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (Preferred) or Associate's Degree in Nursing (Preferred) or Program Graduate in Nursing (Nursing Diploma is minimum education requirement, Associate's or Bachelor's in Nursing accepted in lieu of Nursing Diploma) (Required)
Licenses and Certifications
  • Registered Nurse (RN) - Virginia Department of Health Professions (VDHP) or licensed in a compact state (Required)
  • CPR/BLS Certification - American Heart Association/American Red Cross/American Safety and Health Institute (AHA/ARC) (Required)
