Job Description

Cintas is seeking a Management Trainee to participate in an extensive training program designed to prepare individuals for a leadership role in the service industry. The program combines rotations in various departments and classroom seminars to provide a strong knowledge of all aspects of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in a comprehensive training program to develop leadership and management skills
  • Rotate through various departments to gain a deep understanding of our business operations
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree within six months
  • Active driver's license and DOT medical certification
  • Ability to relocate regionally during or at the end of the program
  • Co-op or internship experience in a customer service, sales, or production role
