Kona Grill is seeking a talented Bartender to enhance our lively bar experience by delivering outstanding service.

The bartender plays a vital role in fostering a welcoming and energetic atmosphere by:

Prioritizing guest satisfaction and ensuring that exceptional service is consistently delivered.
Skillfully crafting and serving a wide range of beverages with professionalism and courtesy.
Working collaboratively with fellow team members, effectively managing time, multitasking, and possessing comprehensive knowledge of the menu.
Potentially serving tables within the designated bar area.

Qualifications:

A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced, full-service dining environment.
Must comply with the minimum age requirement for alcohol service.
Experience in high-volume or casual dining establishments is preferred.
Ability to engage customers and colleagues with a friendly and enthusiastic demeanor.
Proficient in managing a cash register and maintaining it throughout the shift.
Capable of lifting and transporting items such as glass racks and ice bins weighing up to 50 lbs. repeatedly during the shift.
Comfortable standing and moving efficiently for extended periods, up to 8 hours.
Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
