Job Summary

The RN Clinical Nurse is a key member of our interdisciplinary team, responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a dynamic clinical environment. As a proactive and collaborative team player, you will work closely with licensed and unlicensed caregivers to ensure that patients receive individualized care that meets their unique needs.

Responsibilities
  • Practice evidence-based care, utilizing analytical and critical thinking skills to coordinate care and ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Develop and implement individualized plans of care, prioritizing patient goals and preferences.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to promote a culture of safety, quality, and excellence.
  • Participate in performance improvement initiatives, including research and quality improvement projects.
  • Provide education and support to patients, families, and healthcare staff, promoting a culture of patient-centered care.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited/approved school of nursing.
  • Baccalaureate degree in nursing (BSN) from an accredited school of nursing.
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Georgia.
  • Preferred: National certification in area of specialty.
