Responsibilities:
Develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident
Supervise and mentor the nursing team to ensure excellent care delivery
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care transitions
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident care and satisfaction
Requirements:
Current LVN/LPN license
Current CPR certification
2+ years of prior nursing experience in senior care, skilled nursing, post-acute, or sub-acute care
