Job Overview:

As a highly skilled State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) with IntelyCare, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality nursing care in post-acute care facilities. This rewarding role requires a strong understanding of general nursing care procedures and terminology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional patient care by observing conditions, monitoring vital signs, and reporting updates to the nursing team.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment by sanitizing surfaces and performing tasks as needed.
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, such as personal hygiene, feeding, and grooming.
  • Liaise between staff, residents, and family members to ensure ongoing communication and transparency.
