Job Summary

LifeBridge Health is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Executive Director to lead our Emergency Department and Clinical Decision Unit/Observation services. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for directing and overseeing all activities to ensure quality patient care, while promoting a culture of excellence and accountability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to improve patient care and satisfaction
  • Lead and mentor nursing staff to achieve high-quality patient outcomes
  • Collaborate with medical staff and other departments to improve service and enhance quality
  • Manage budgets and resources to meet departmental targets
  • Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with stakeholders to promote a unified and spirited workplace
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Nursing or related field
  • Registered Nurse (RN) License and American Heart Association CPR BLS certification
  • 7+ years of experience in emergency department leadership, with a focus on quality patient care and staff development
