Corporate Dietitian Job Description

FutureCare is a leading healthcare provider seeking a skilled Corporate Dietitian to join our team. As a Corporate Dietitian, you will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality food and nutrition services across our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage vacation, childbirth leave, and medical leave coverage for all FutureCare facilities
  • Provide workload assistance and support to facility Registered Dietitians
  • Collaborate with regional clinical and operations management teams to ensure adherence to state and federal regulatory guidelines
  • Mentor and train facility Registered Dietitians to ensure clinical competency and productivity
  • Communicate organizational mission and goals to FutureCare Food and Nutrition Services teams
Requirements:
  • Current Registered Dietitian license in the state of Maryland
  • Bachelor's degree with a major in Food and Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field
  • At least 5 years' experience as a Registered Dietitian working in a skilled nursing facility
  • Knowledge of the Nutrition Care Process and ability to apply all steps of the process
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members
