Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Nursing Home Administrator to lead our team at Genesis HealthCare. As a strategic driver of business excellence, staff excellence, clinical excellence, and customer excellence, you will play a key role in driving the success of our nursing center.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and analyze nursing center financial reports to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective action as needed.
  • Lead, guide, and direct department heads to ensure seamless operations and high-quality patient care.
  • Promote and represent the nursing center in the community to foster positive public relations and reputation.
  • Create an environment that encourages employee engagement, adherence to Genesis core values, and a focus on delivering exceptional patient care and compassion.
  • Ensure regulatory and policy compliance within the nursing center.
Qualifications:
  • Licensure: Must be licensed according to state regulations.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Administrative Experience: Thorough knowledge of administrative management techniques, supervisory practices, procedures, and principles.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Working knowledge of government regulations impacting nursing centers.
  • Availability: Must be available on-call to ensure seamless operations.
