Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Medication Technician to join our team at TerraBella Little Avenue. As a Medication Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents by providing medication management and support services.

Responsibilities
  • Provide medication management services to residents, including administering medications, monitoring side effects, and documenting medication administration.
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as needed.
  • Respond to resident calls and provide support with daily tasks and activities.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of individualized care plans for residents.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident medication administration and care activities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
  • Certified Nurse's Aid (CNA) certification preferred.
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
  • CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
