Oral Health Assistant

We are seeking an experienced Oral Health Assistant to join our team at Westown Dental. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about oral health and wants to make a difference in people's lives.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will play a key role in supporting our clinical treatment teams, working chair-side with practitioners to provide exceptional patient care. They will be responsible for charting and taking x-rays, reviewing dental records with patients, and ensuring all OSHA/Infection Control and Dental Board policies and procedures are properly followed.
Key Responsibilities- Charting and taking x-rays that are diagnostic and appropriate to the series prescribed
- Review dental records with patients, providing instruction on postoperative procedures
- Take vital signs (blood pressure and heart rate) on every patient when seated
- Support Practice Manager and clinical team with assigned tasks
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
This is a dynamic environment, and we require someone who is flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities. We offer a competitive salary of $55,000 - $70,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, paid time off, and ongoing training and development opportunities.
