Key Responsibilities
  • Compressor Package Sales Support: Collaborate with sales teams to determine the most suitable compressor packages for customer applications, providing recommendations on compressor set-up and operational limits.
  • Technical Support: Offer technical assistance to sales and manufacturing teams, including project specification development, cost estimation, and equipment design and redesign.
  • Project Management: Prepare project status reports, analyze information, and recommend actions to management and other stakeholders.
  • Research and Development: Conduct research on compressor packages, investigating information related to compressor performance.
  • Training and Education: Provide educational support to sales teams, customers, and technicians on compressor applications and limits.
  • International and Domestic Sales Support: Assist the sales team in pursuing international and domestic compression sales.
  • Corporate Support: Provide support to the Corporate Sales Manager, Fabrication, Applications, and Engineering Groups.
  • Field Service Support: Assist the technical services group with providing support for field service operations.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
  • Experience: Proven ability to read and interpret documents, write clearly and informatively, and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Applications, industry-specific software, and database systems.
  • Certifications: Valid Driver's License.
Work Environment

The work environment is primarily indoor, with occasional travel to field locations. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer service and technical expertise.
