Wireless Sales Manager

Acosta operates across numerous retail locations with a dedicated team of smartphone sales professionals. As a driven and results-oriented Wireless Sales Manager, you will be responsible for recruiting, leading, and inspiring a team of skilled Wireless Sales Professionals to meet sales and business objectives across various retail outlets. Our client is a prominent retail entity in North America, attracting significant shopper traffic daily, creating ample sales and commission opportunities.

While prior sales experience or knowledge of the wireless sector is not a prerequisite, a strong desire to learn is essential. We provide comprehensive training on wireless plans, services, devices, and promotions through ongoing in-store and online learning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, lead, coach, mentor, and manage a team of Wireless Sales Professionals.
  • Motivate teams to achieve set sales and reporting targets.
  • Ensure accountability for store sales and operational performance.
  • Meet or exceed established personal KPIs on a monthly and weekly basis.
  • Lead recruitment efforts to maintain optimal staffing levels with top talent in all assigned locations.
  • Conduct regular field visits to ensure operational excellence.
  • Analyze performance metrics and report on store strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities, taking appropriate actions based on market needs.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with in-store management and staff.
  • Exemplify professionalism, work ethic, and determination representative of Acosta and its clients.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of two years of experience in quota-driven sales with a proven track record of achieving sales goals.
  • Sales management experience is preferred.
  • Experience in wireless, consumer electronics, or related sales fields is advantageous.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Proven ability to multitask, manage demands, solve problems, and prioritize effectively.
