Job DescriptionWe are seeking Night Shift LPNs who share our commitment to providing high-quality care. As an LPN at Morgantown Healthcare Center, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents and their families.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring
- Conducting resident assessments and developing individualized care plans
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:
- Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of West Virginia
