Refinery Technician

As a maintenance specialist at Matrix Service Inc., you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our refinery equipment. The estimated hourly salary for this position is between $43.75 and $68.25, based on experience and qualifications.

This role requires a high level of technical expertise and a commitment to quality control. Key responsibilities include:

• Performing routine maintenance tasks and repairs.
• Troubleshooting equipment issues and developing solutions.
• Collaborating with other teams to resolve technical problems.
• Developing and implementing effective maintenance strategies to reduce downtime and improve efficiency.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Zero to four years of experience in refinery maintenance or a related field.
• A strong understanding of basic hand tools and equipment.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor and work at heights.
