About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Medical Assistant Clinical Specialist to join our team. As a Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring all patients receive high-quality, efficient care. Your clinical expertise will be essential in preparing patients for examination and treatment, taking patient histories, and administering injections.
You will work closely with physicians to prepare for minor surgeries and physicals, and assist with lab testing and phlebotomy. Your excellent communication skills will enable you to effectively answer telephone calls and screen referrals.

Requirements and QualificationsTo be successful as a Medical Assistant Clinical Specialist, you will need:
- Graduation from an accredited Medical Assisting program or twelve months of direct clinical patient care experience in a healthcare setting
- Active and unrevoked RMA, CCMA, CMA, NCMA, or NCRMA certification/ABR-OE credentials (highly preferred)
Candidates without Medical Assistant Certification must obtain it within one year of hire date. Medical Assistants who recently graduated from a Medical Assisting training program will obtain a clinical MA certification within 60 days of employment.

The estimated annual salary for this role is $45,000-$65,000, depending on location and experience. We also offer a range of benefits and perks to support your overall well-being and career growth.
