Esthetician - Elmwood

Restore Hyper Wellness is the award-winning creator of an innovative new category of health, Hyper Wellness. Our mission is to make Hyper Wellness widely accessible, affordable, and fun.

We are seeking a skilled Esthetician to join our team in Elmwood, LA. As an Esthetician at Restore, you will be responsible for providing clients with skin care consultations, developing personalized treatment plans, and skillfully performing treatments tailored to each client's needs and objectives.

• Provide exceptional client consultations and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Responsible for generating, building, and maintaining a client base.
• Educate clients on all treatment processes, including pre and post treatment care instructions.
• Maintain clear and accurate documentation of each client's session.
• Suggest and promote retail products and cross-sell other Restore therapies to enhance esthetic services in accordance with clients' needs and goals.
• Assist with store operations, including greeting customers, answering calls, conducting tours, promoting membership packages, and operating wellness equipment.
• Ensure a safe and clean studio environment for members and guests.

• Active Esthetician license.
• Certified in Cryoskin equipment (preferred but not required).
• Certified in the use of Hydrafacial equipment (preferred but not required).
• Passionate about providing excellent patient care.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organization skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Demonstrate initiative and ability to work independently.
