Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance and Cleaning: Perform all necessary maintenance and cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and emptying trash cans, to ensure a clean and safe environment for our customers.
  • Issue Identification and Resolution: Identify and resolve maintenance issues promptly, minimizing disruptions to our operations.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate automatic sweepers, scrubbers, outdoor equipment, and other tools as needed to maintain our facilities.
  • Painting and Repairs: Paint and repair damaged or worn-out surfaces to maintain the facility's appearance.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain an accurate inventory of janitorial supplies.
  • Garage Sweep Sheet: Maintain a garage/lot sweep sheet to track maintenance activities.

Requirements:

Salary: $17.00/hr

Education/Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent; may require facility maintenance, electrical, and painting experience/skills training depending on job assignment and facility.

License Requirement: Valid state-issued driver's license with current address and acceptable driving record (if required to drive company vehicle or perform company business).

Availability to Work: Special shift requirements vary depending on location's hiring needs; availability to work 3rd shift and/or weekends may be required.

Ability to withstand working with dust, chemicals, and other possible irritants; works in extreme weather conditions (rain, snow, cold, heat).
