Job Summary

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the Emergency Room
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions
  • Monitor and report patient status to the healthcare team, including vital signs, lab results, and medication administration
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
Requirements
  • Graduate from an accredited nursing program
  • Current RN licensure in the state of practice
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
  • Experience in Critical Care Nursing preferred
