We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Critical Care team at St. Nicholas Hospital in Sheboygan, WI. As a Critical Care Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the Emergency Room
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions
- Monitor and report patient status to the healthcare team, including vital signs, lab results, and medication administration
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
- Experience in Critical Care Nursing preferred
