About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Speech Pathologist to join our team as a Dysphagia Specialist in a physician's office and tele-therapy setting. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with healthcare professionals to provide expert dysphagia management services to patients.
Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive dysphagia evaluations using the Dysphagia Systems Test (DST)
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for patients
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with patients and families
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices
Requirements
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Completion of Certificate of Clinical Competency
- At least 5 years of experience in long-term care following completion of CFY
