Payment Frequency: Weekly

Work Schedule: 10-hour shifts, 4 days a week, with Saturdays required

Starting Hours: Between 4 am and 5 am

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (additional tasks may be assigned):

  • Exhibit safe and efficient driving practices for box trucks
  • Clear donation bins, collect contributions, and dispose of any litter surrounding the bins during daily routes
  • Safely and efficiently load donated items into the truck
  • Deliver excellent customer service and interact with donors in a courteous manner
  • Lift and handle bags weighing up to 50 pounds and push items weighing up to 300 pounds

Qualifications:
  • At least 1 year of experience driving commercial small trucks is required; experience with box trucks is highly preferred
  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience
  • Valid driver's license
  • Capability to obtain a DOT Medical Card
  • Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment drug test, background investigation, driving record assessment, and a DOT physical
  • Capacity to lift 50 lbs. repeatedly and bend to empty collection bins
  • Familiarity with FMCSA Guidelines
