Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and personalized shopping experience for all customers.
  • Utilize sales techniques and product knowledge to meet or exceed sales goals, recommending merchandise selections and helping customers locate or obtain merchandise based on their needs and desires.
  • Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, as well as pricing and visual standards.
  • Participate in visual directives, including monthly store sets and zone maintenance, to ensure a visually appealing and engaging store environment.
  • Model and promote the Most Amazing Personal Service (MAPS) principles and standards, offering a cohesive omni-channel experience.
  • Ensure prompt resolution of customer concerns and provide a fast and efficient register experience.
  • Reinforce buying decisions at the checkout and achieve add-on goals, including gift card sales.
  • Sign up clients for our reward program and build and maintain a solid customer following through clienteling and wardrobing.
  • Maintain consistent client communication through the utilization of customer books.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Retail or sales experience preferred.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Able to learn or adapt to technology provided by the company.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to communicate with customers, associates, and management.
