Position Overview

This role primarily involves supervising teams within our Telecommunications Division. The General Foreman will oversee a team of 3 to 5 crew members directly.
Key Responsibilities
- Take charge of crew management, ensuring safety, project oversight, and client engagement on-site.
- Plan and organize job layouts to achieve daily and weekly production targets while adhering to contract timelines.
- Implement and uphold OSHA and Customer Safety Standards to mitigate risks to personnel and property.
- Serve as a self-driven, positive influence for the crew members.
- Communicate effectively with Area Managers, Superintendents, and Clients.
- Ensure the availability of necessary equipment and materials at the job site.
- Be prepared to work flexible hours, including overtime, with potential travel requirements.
- Perform physical tasks in outdoor settings, including adverse weather conditions.

Position Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Foreman in the utility or construction sector.
- Valid Driver's License is required; CDL is preferred.
