Job Title: Early Childhood Development Therapist

Soar Autism Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Early Childhood Development Therapist to join our team. As an Early Childhood Development Therapist, you will play a vital role in nurturing the growth and development of young children with autism.

This entry-level position involves close collaboration with a team of experts, including Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), Speech Therapists, and Occupational Therapists. We provide thorough training to equip you for success.

Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized one-on-one ABA therapy to children aged 2-6 within a clinic setting.

  • Collaborate closely with the child's healthcare team to ensure consistent and high-quality care delivery.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience working with children, preferably in a professional capacity.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in computer and tablet usage.
  • Reliable transportation to both training location and local center.
  • Ability to meet physical requirements, including sitting, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
