We are seeking a skilled Medical Assistant or Clinical Support Specialist to join our team. This critical role will provide essential support to our medical staff, ensuring that patients receive the highest level of care.

Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 per year (dependent on experience)

Key Responsibilities:**

  2. Patient Care: Assist with patient examinations and procedures as directed by physicians, take vital signs, and document patient information">
  3. Administrative Support: Prepare patients for exams and procedures, administer injections and medications, clean and sterilize instruments and equipment, and maintain stock of supplies">
  4. Clerical Duties: Schedule appointments, answer phones, and perform other administrative tasks as needed">
  5. Education and Training: Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest medical procedures and technologies">

Requirements:*

  • Valid LPN license in the State of Indiana (required for LPN role)">
  • Valid CMA certification or obtained within 6 months of hire (required for CMA role)">
  • Prior medical office experience preferred">
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team">

  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask">
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in electronic medical records">
