About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Greenhouse Crop Manager to oversee the growth and development of our tomato crops in San Juan, Dominican Republic. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our crops are healthy, productive, and meet the highest quality standards.

With a strong understanding of greenhouse tomato growing, you will work closely with our team of agricultural experts to develop and implement strategies for maximizing crop yields and minimizing waste.

This is a full-time position with competitive compensation, depending on experience (estimated salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year). Housing and relocation assistance are also provided.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and maintain the health and growth of tomato crops in a greenhouse environment
  • Develop and implement strategies for maximizing crop yields and minimizing waste
  • Manage 40+ acres of greenhouses with daily walkthroughs
  • Supervise and collaborate with agronomists to identify and address issues related to plant health and growth

For this role, we require a minimum of 5 years of experience in greenhouse tomato growing. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
