Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement financial planning processes to maintain accurate real-time projections.
  • Administer general accounting systems and processes to provide accurate real-time reporting.
  • Manage financial and income statements, balance sheet, general ledger, cash position, AP, AR, inventory valuation, bank statement reconciliation, tax reporting, credit and collection, project tracking, and special reporting.
  • Develop, implement, and improve financial and accounting systems.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable local, state, and federal laws, including GAAP.
  • Administer and support payroll, HR policies, 401K plan, health benefits, corporate insurance policies, facility lease, and other agreements.
  • Recruit and develop personnel and staff as required.
  • Participate in corporate strategic planning processes.
  • Manage department and/or project budgets as required.
  • Utilize excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to lead problem resolution and implementation of corrective action.
  • Effectively interface and influence within and outside the organization.
  • Be self-managed in a dynamic environment with minimal supervision.
  • Utilize general PC skills and corporate-level systems.
  • Have thorough knowledge of company business processes, policies, and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve corporate vision, mission, and shared values.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, CPA, CMA, CFM, CGMA, or MBA preferred.
  • 10 years of progressive responsibilities.
  • Supervisory and leadership experience desirable.
  • Working knowledge of information systems components and structure.
  • Advanced Excel skills and general Office applications.
  • Experience with ERP system management preferred.
  • Experience with report writing in Crystal Reports preferred.
