Geriatric Medicine Physician Leader

AlignMed Partners is seeking a skilled Geriatric Medicine Physician to lead our team at Willow Ridge Center in Maynardville, Tennessee.

As a seasoned Geriatric Medicine Physician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our patients, driving quality improvement initiatives, and collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to achieve outstanding outcomes.

• Patient Care: Provide comprehensive, patient-centered care to assigned patients, ensuring timely visits, thorough assessments, and effective treatment plans.
• Leadership: Collaborate with the Center Medical Director to drive quality improvement initiatives, develop policies, and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Team Collaboration: Foster a culture of teamwork and open communication among healthcare professionals, promoting a positive work environment that values diversity, equity, and inclusion.
• Quality Improvement: Analyze data, identify areas for improvement, and implement evidence-based practices to enhance patient outcomes and reduce readmissions.
• Professional Development: Stay up-to-date with the latest research, best practices, and regulatory updates, applying this knowledge to improve patient care and inform practice decisions.

• Board Certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine with geriatric experience.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.

The estimated salary for this position is $250,000 per annum, reflecting the unique combination of clinical expertise, leadership skills, and commitment to delivering high-quality patient care in a rapidly evolving healthcare landscape.
