Job Title: Machine Builder

Join Maren Engineering Corporation, a leading manufacturer of recycling balers and shredders, as a Machine Builder. We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team in South Holland, Illinois.

About the Role:

We are looking for a Machine Builder to join our team in the production of high-quality balers and shredders. The successful candidate will have experience with electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems, as well as MIG welding and forklift operation. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assemble and build balers and shredders using electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems
  • Perform MIG welding and other metal fabrication tasks
  • Operate forklifts and overhead cranes to move equipment and materials
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems
  • Work from prints, drawings, and instructions to perform builds
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Experience with electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems
  • MIG welding and forklift operation experience preferred
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
