Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, supervising care and treatments, leading patient assessments, creating personalized care plans, and targeting and resolving patient concerns.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring patient conditions.
- Supervise and coordinate the care of patients, including developing and implementing individualized care plans.
- Lead patient assessments, including gathering and analyzing data to identify patient needs and develop effective care plans.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- Current RN licensure in the state of Texas.
- CPR certification (ACLS preferred).
- CRRN certification (if not already certified, we can assist with obtaining it).
- One or more years of experience in an inpatient rehabilitation hospital setting (preferred).
