The Wireline Operator role is essential for delivering safe, efficient, and dependable services to our clients. This position involves identifying opportunities for enhancing service delivery and assisting field and maintenance teams in preparing equipment for operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure that job deliverables are precise and completed punctually.
  • Engage in pre-job and Toolbox meetings with team members.
  • Maintain equipment in safe working condition, adhering to standards and reporting any issues.
  • Uphold individual and team safety protocols.
  • Prepare equipment for rigging up and down operations.
  • Operate equipment in accordance with competency levels and job specifications.
  • Adhere to HSE policies and wear appropriate PPE.
  • Complete required safety training.
  • Accurately and promptly finalize necessary documentation, reports, and logs.
  • Compensation and benefits for this role are detailed in this posting, in compliance with applicable regulations. The selected candidate's compensation will be based on skills, experience, qualifications, and organizational needs. Please note that the compensation and benefits mentioned are applicable only to candidates hired onto local payroll.
  • It is uncommon for individuals to be hired at or near the top of the pay range. The expected hourly rate for this position is $24-27 per hour.

Required Qualifications and Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience as a skilled wireline operator in both open hole and cased hole environments.
  • Experience in diesel mechanics and electronics is advantageous.
  • Preference will be given to local residents.
  • Proven leadership skills in rig up and pressure control at the surface are essential.
  • A valid CDL is mandatory.
  • Previous crane operation experience is preferred.
  • This position operates on a rotation schedule of 3 weeks on and 3 weeks off.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience is required.
Candidates must be eligible to work and reside in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship.
