Culinary Assistant

• Set up workstations with all necessary ingredients and cooking equipment
• Prepare ingredients for cooking, including chopping and peeling vegetables, cutting meat, etc.
• Prepare, portion, and cook food items for various meal periods or special events
• Follow basic recipes and production information to ensure consistency and quality
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to all sanitation procedures
• Store food and other items properly to ensure food safety

• Ability to walk and move frequently in the kitchen
• Ability to reach, bend, stoop, push/pull, and frequently lift/move up to 30 pounds
