Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with daily living activities and providing nursing care in accordance with the Individualized Education Plan.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, including dressing, toileting, and bathing, as outlined in the care plan.
  • Support residents with mobility and transfer needs, ensuring their safety and comfort at all times.
  • Monitor and report any changes in a resident's condition to the supervisor or nurse.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of the care plan, working collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team.
Requirements
  • Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant in the State of New York.
  • Verification of Certified Nursing Assistant Registry.
  • Pass all background checks.
  • Up-to-date physical examination, including PPD, MMR, and Varicella, plus flu vaccine.
