Job Description:
TheraEx Therapy is seeking a skilled and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team for a travel job in a Skilled Nursing Facility. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping patients regain their independence and improve their quality of life.
Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational therapy services to adult and geriatric patients in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and goals
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and coordination
- Document patient progress and outcomes in a timely and accurate manner
Requirements:
- Active California Occupational Therapist License
- CPR/BLS Card
