We are seeking a skilled Physician Assistant to support our team of experienced Bariatric Surgeons at Banner Estrella Medical Center. This role involves comprehensive management and care for Bariatric patients, including rounding on hospitalized patients, conducting clinic visits, and providing First-Assist in the operating room. The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative and innovative environment, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional patient care.
Key Qualifications:
- NCCPA certification with DEA prescriptive authority is required.
- Current Arizona licensure or eligibility is necessary.
- We welcome applications from both new graduates and seasoned Physician Assistants.
Position Overview:
- Work schedule includes a mix of clinic and operating room duties: 3 days in clinic and 2 days in the OR each week.
- Clinic hours are Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM.
- Participation in call coverage is expected.
