Job Title: Physical Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Lyle Health's Niantic, CT location. As a Physical Therapist, you will work in an outpatient Orthopedic clinic, providing high-quality care to patients with various orthopedic conditions.

Responsibilities:
  • Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, safety issues, and home programs.
  • Communicate with physicians and other healthcare professionals regarding patient care.
  • Review medical records and obtain pertinent medical history from patients or their families.
  • Evaluate patients using age and diagnosis appropriate assessment tests and measurements.
  • Determine plans for care and implement therapeutic interventions to achieve stated goals.
  • Complete required outcome tools and documentation for outpatients, acute stroke patients, and specialty units/programs.
  • Utilize available resources to maximize efficiency and productivity.
Requirements:
  • Physical Therapist License/Certificate upon hire.
  • Prior experience in an outpatient Orthopedic setting is ideal.
