Leasing Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Leasing Consultant to join our team at Freeman Webb Company. As a key member of our leasing team, you will be responsible for showcasing our properties to prospective residents and delivering exceptional customer service.

As a Leasing Consultant, you will be the primary point of contact for our residents and will be responsible for ensuring their needs are met. You will work closely with our community managers to develop and maintain strong relationships with our residents, address any concerns or issues, and promote our community's amenities and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet and greet prospective residents, showcasing our properties and answering any questions they may have.
• Process applications, lease agreements, and rental deposits in a timely and accurate manner.
• Develop and maintain resident relations through regular communication and follow-up interactions.
• Stay up-to-date on community policies, procedures, and promotions to effectively communicate with residents.
• Work closely with our community managers to address any resident concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Participate in community events and promotions to increase resident engagement and satisfaction.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate's degree or higher is preferred.
• At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in leasing or customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with residents, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
• A strong understanding of leasing concepts, including rent rolls, lease agreements, and resident relations.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and prioritizing tasks effectively.

What We Offer:

In addition to a competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
