Key Responsibilities:
- Clinical Responsibilities: Perform the responsibilities of a Speech-Language Pathologist, maintaining a high standard of care.
- Treatment Implementation: Develop and implement treatment plans using appropriate modalities, tailored to individual patient needs.
- Documentation: Accurately document subjective, objective, assessment findings and plans, as well as patient progress, in a timely manner.
- Complex Issue Management: Handle and provide guidance on complex clinical issues, ensuring high-quality patient outcomes.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively within a team-oriented environment, promoting teamwork and cooperation.
Future Growth Opportunities for Experienced SLPs:
- Leadership & Supervision: Potential to lead the rehab team by demonstrating advanced knowledge of clinical responsibilities.
- Policy Development: Assist in the development, implementation, and evaluation of clinical policies and procedures to ensure best practices.

Qualifications:
- Licensure: Maine State Speech-Language Pathologist licensure required.
- Certification: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) required.
- Basic Life Support: Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider certification preferred.
- Experience: Open to new graduates; experienced SLPs are encouraged to apply and may be considered for a lead position.
- Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
