  • Clinical Responsibilities: Perform the responsibilities of a Speech-Language Pathologist, maintaining a high standard of care.

  • Documentation: Accurately document subjective, objective, assessment findings and plans, as well as patient progress, in a timely manner.
  • Complex Issue Management: Handle and provide guidance on complex clinical issues, ensuring high-quality patient outcomes.
  • Team Collaboration: Work effectively within a team-oriented environment, promoting teamwork and cooperation.

Future Growth Opportunities for Experienced SLPs:

Qualifications:

  • Licensure: Maine State Speech-Language Pathologist licensure required.
  • Certification: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) required.
  • Basic Life Support: Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider certification preferred.
  • Experience: Open to new graduates; experienced SLPs are encouraged to apply and may be considered for a lead position.
  • Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
