Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced professional who can work as a CT Technologist in a dynamic healthcare setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in radiology and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Operate computed tomography (CT) scanners to produce high-quality images of the body for diagnostic purposes
- Prepare patients for CT scans by explaining procedures, positioning them correctly, and ensuring their safety
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of CT technology and its applications in various medical specialties
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1 year of recent work history in a CT Technologist role
- A current BLS/CPR certification through the American Heart Association
- An active license in the state of employment
