Cashier Representative

The estimated salary for this position is between $25,000 and $35,000 per year.

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Dunkin' Donuts Cashier. As a key member of our frontline team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating cash registers, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

This is an entry-level position that assumes several job duties, including greeting customers, taking food and drink orders, and completing transactions. You will also be responsible for regularly cleaning work stations, brewing and grinding coffee, restocking cups and food items, and assisting bakers.

• Adhere to Brand standards and systems, delivering quality food and beverage to each guest.
• Maintain a clean and neat workstation; complete thorough cleaning of guest areas as directed.
• Complete all required training and support the training of other team members.
• Effectively execute restaurant standards and marketing initiatives.
• Prepare all products following appropriate recipes and procedures.
• Follow all procedures related to cash, cleanliness, food safety, and restaurant safety and security.
• Comply with all restaurant, Brand, and franchisee policies.
