Job Summary

Soliant is seeking a highly skilled Speech Therapist to join our team in a school district in Massachusetts. As a licensed Speech Language Pathologist, you will play a critical role in assessing and treating students with communication disorders, developing tailored treatment plans, and collaborating with educators and parents to optimize student outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluation and Assessment: Conduct comprehensive evaluations to diagnose communication disorders and develop personalized treatment plans based on assessments.
  • Therapy Services: Deliver speech and language therapy in individual and group settings, utilizing evidence-based practices to promote student progress.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with teachers, parents, and professionals to ensure seamless communication and optimize student outcomes.
  • Record Keeping and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of evaluations, assessments, and therapy sessions, and provide regular progress reports to stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Certification and Education: Possess ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) and a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Experience and Skills: Minimum 1+ years of experience in speech therapy, with a strong foundation in communication disorders and treatment planning.
