Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Janitor to join our team. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment and take pride in maintaining cleanliness and order.

Key Responsibilities:

• Front Office and Breakroom: Dusting, wiping surfaces, mopping floors, emptying trash, vacuuming, and cleaning restrooms.
• Production Floor: Changing filters, emptying recycling balers, operating floor scrubbers, vacuuming high areas, cleaning restrooms, managing waste streams, performing light plumbing tasks, conducting menometer readings, and maintaining janitorial supply inventory.

Qualifications:

• Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
• Ability to identify and resolve issues promptly or seek assistance when necessary.
• Capable of managing multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Efficient time management and prioritization of work activities.
• Comfortable working at heights above 13 feet.
• Consistent ability to meet or exceed deadlines.
• Able to adapt to frequent changes and unexpected events.
