We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Leasing Professional to join our team at Redwood Living, Inc. As a Leasing Professional, you will be responsible for showcasing our apartment homes, assisting with local marketing efforts, and providing exceptional customer service to our residents and prospects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Showcase apartment homes to potential residents, highlighting the unique features and amenities of our community
  • Assist with local marketing efforts, including social media and community outreach
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents and prospects, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Prepare lease agreements and coordinate resident events, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our residents
  • Work closely with the Neighborhood Manager and maintenance team to provide the best possible resident experience
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Valid driver's license required
  • General computer efficiency required
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior sales or leasing experience preferred
  • Exceptional customer service skills preferred
  • Ability to operate smartphone, tablet, and computer preferred
Physical Requirements
  • Lift up to 20 pounds and ability to sit, stand, bend, and walk
