Nurse Specialist in Hematology/Oncology

Job Summary:
The Clinical Nurse in the Hematology/Oncology department is responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and coordinating the needs of assigned patients throughout their episode of care. This includes assessing, planning, directing, implementing, and managing patient care to ensure competent and compassionate care is uniformly provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and coordinate patient care needs
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Collaborate with the caregiving team to ensure seamless care delivery
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A strong understanding of patient care principles and practices is essential, as is the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
