Responsibilities
  • Take meal/drink orders and serve meals in a friendly and timely manner, ensuring residents and guests are satisfied with their meals.
  • Maintain knowledge of all specials and general descriptions of all food items, providing accurate information to residents and guests.
  • Ensure all side stations and dining areas are maintained to the highest standards, adhering to daily and weekly cleaning schedules.
  • Practice all safety and loss prevention procedures, prioritizing the well-being of residents and staff.
  • Set-up and clean the Dining Room, maintaining or exceeding hospitality and service standards.
Requirements
  • Must enjoy working with seniors and possess excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to interact with guests, residents, and staff in a courteous and friendly manner.
  • Ability to respond promptly to resident needs and balance team and individual responsibilities.
  • Ability to work flexible hours as needed, including weekends.
