Job Title: Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)

Job Summary:

Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our team in a school-based setting. As a key member of our education team, you will be responsible for delivering or assisting in the delivery of therapy services aimed at enhancing students' communication skills and supporting their academic achievement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide or Assist in Providing Speech and Language Therapy Sessions: Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' communication needs.
  • Implement and Follow Individualized Treatment Plans: Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure seamless support for student success.
  • Track and Document Student Progress with Accuracy: Utilize data-driven approaches to monitor student progress and inform treatment decisions.
  • Collaborate with Teachers, Parents, and Other Professionals: Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure comprehensive support for students.
  • Create a Positive and Engaging Environment for Student Development: Establish a supportive and inclusive learning environment that promotes student growth and development.

Qualifications:

  • For SLP: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology, valid state license, and certification.
  • For SLPA: Associates degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assistant or related field, valid SLPA license in California or eligibility to obtain one.
  • Previous Experience in a School Setting: Preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong Communication, Organizational, and Teamwork Skills: Essential for success in this role.
