Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Alumni Outreach Coordinator to join our team at the Catholic Diocese Of Fort Worth. As an essential member of our development department, this role is responsible for advancing alumni relationships, recognition, and resources through strategic planning and implementation.

About the Role

The Alumni Outreach Coordinator will work closely with the Director of Development to set target advancement goals and create an annual plan for coordinating alumni-constituency activities, events, promotions, and processes. This includes tracking all contact with alumni and prospective donors in our database, as well as working with the Gift Processor to ensure accurate and timely acknowledgment of contributions.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive alumni outreach strategy to advance relationships, recognition, and resources.
  • Manage the alumni database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information on alumni and prospective donors.
  • Coordinate alumni events, such as homecoming, class reunions, and MEB Tourney, to foster engagement and community building.
  • Collaborate with the development team to achieve fundraising goals and objectives.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with alumni, faculty, staff, and community stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in job-specific software and technology, including databases and event management systems.
Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
