Job Summary

Britt Medical Search is seeking a highly skilled Senior Medical Director to join our team in North Philadelphia. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our provider teams in the local market and partnering with our Regional Vice President to achieve operational and clinical excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Medical Director Management & Coaching: Lead and mentor the health center Medical Directors in your region, supervising their priorities and ensuring they are aligned with our organization's goals.
  • Physician Leadership Development: Develop physician leadership in providers throughout the region, helping them master data-driven tools and practices to improve patient outcomes.
  • Quality Improvement: Review quality dashboards with Medical Directors and implement initiatives to improve quality outcomes, reducing hospital admissions and medical costs.
  • Provider Management: Interview, hire, and retain providers throughout the region, ensuring a high-performing team that delivers exceptional patient care.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in physician leadership development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to partner with Medical Directors and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze data and implement quality improvement initiatives.
  • Experience in managing provider teams and developing physician leadership.
