Job Title: Packaging Technician

PharmaCann LLC is seeking a skilled Packaging Technician to join our team at our production facility. As a Packaging Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and accurate packaging of our cannabis products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Lead and Supervisor of Packaging in packaging dried cannabis products, including pre-pack and shelf flower product, joints, and blunts.
  • Operate equipment and machinery to package dried cannabis products, ensuring safety and efficiency.
  • Execute daily and weekly objectives to achieve desired quality and consistency.
  • Organize and report data entries to spreadsheets and logs, ensuring accuracy and legibility.
  • Meet daily quotas and maintain productivity levels.
Training and Development:
  • Participate in training programs to develop skills and knowledge in packaging and production.
  • Engage in proactive participation to achieve high standards of cultivation practices and compliance.
Work Environment and Requirements:
  • Work in a fast-paced production environment, adhering to GMP model certification.
  • Use a computer and/or hand tools while sitting or standing for extended periods.
  • Move about a typical office, manufacturing, and warehouse environment.
  • Work in proper PPE at all times.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Preferred 3 months of employment with the company and 1 year of commercial cannabis and/or packaging experience.
  • Ability to create, utilize, and modify electronic documents.
