Physical Therapy Scheduler

Precision Physical Therapy & Fitness is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Physical Therapy Scheduler. As a key member of our client communication team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule appointments for physical therapy sessions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Communicate with patients to confirm appointments and provide necessary information
- Coordinate with physical therapists to optimize their schedules and ensure they have the necessary information for each appointment
- Maintain accurate records of patient appointments and physical therapist schedules
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including answering phones and responding to emails
About the Role:
As a Physical Therapy Scheduler, you will work closely with our team of physical therapists and administrative staff to ensure the highest level of care for our patients. You will be responsible for managing the schedules of our physical therapists and patients, ensuring that appointments are booked accurately and in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Google and ability to learn web-based scheduling software
